Cheyu handles enquiries for the holiday apartment in Mar de Cristal. If you have a question about your information, email jeroenche@gmail.com.

What information do we receive?

When you fill in the enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, arrival and departure dates, number of guests and any message you include. We use this information to check availability and prices, reply to your enquiry and arrange a booking if appropriate. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract. We do not use this information for marketing.

Where does your information go?

Your enquiry is stored in a restricted area of this website. The owner receives an email notification with the enquiry details through Resend. The website is hosted by ChatGPT Sites. These providers process information to operate the site and email notifications. Links to Airbnb and Booking.com open their own sites; their privacy policies apply when you visit them.

How long do we keep it?

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and stay in touch about a possible booking. You may email us to request deletion of a completed enquiry. Legal retention obligations may apply to information relating to an actual booking.

Cookies and external content

Our hosting may set an essential security cookie to prevent misuse. If you close the cookie notice, your browser remembers that choice on this device. An essential sign-in cookie may be used when opening the restricted enquiries area. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.

Google Fonts provides fonts for the design, so your browser connects to Google. Music plays only if you turn it on. Airbnb and Booking.com load only when you click their links.

Your rights
